INC ripoff slow prossessing

To Whom It May Concern:

I have a Mortgage loan with RBMG # 9100012409. Since last year RBMG increase my payment because I let them selected my insurance company. Now I tried to issue a claim and the companies that they said are my Insurance companies declined my claim because I do not have an active policy with them.

Please help me on this. As per Stephanie, a RBMG employee my policy is active is with Selective Insurance, Policy # FLD 11534 and also Empire Indemnity Insurance Company Policy # RFL051376-1.

I need a copy of my insurance Policy to sent to me ASAP. Best regards;
