Too many names for my 72 year old aunt to deal with. First it was Meritage on her papers but payments were to go to: RBMG, Inc. Then they changed their name to Select Portfolio Servicing, Inc. But still payments in the name of RBMG. Then HomeQ stepped in and bought her loan. She made her first payment in April by June her loan was sold. Meritage is in Jacksonville, Florida 32256. Loan amt: $57,031.36 Annual percentage: 8.505% finance charge: $101,195.84 total payments: $158,227.20. Yet on all her papers it says loan amount $59,900.00. Not the $57,031.36.
Why's that? Meritage Mortgage florida, HomeQ california, RBMG South Carolina, and litton should all be closed for business. How can they do this to a 72 year old woman and not blink a eye? Well God gets even his own way. When I'm standing at the pearly gates above, I'm going to enjoy seeing them all get the boot straight to H_ _ _! Netbank is all over her paperwork too.
