Direct One, Voiptalk, 5000 minutes refund ripoff Is there anyone who has already been refunded?

I saw this charge of $61.02 a few months ago, and called the number that my bank gave me, to no avail. It then slipped my mind till today and when my bank told me they could not find a phone number, i searched online, and saw this site.

I just called about 10 different numbers, with 10 different stories.in the end at 1-800-665-5276 someone told me that I would get a refund in 7-10 days and gave me a cancellation number. Perhaps they are doing this because they know they are under scrutiny now. Is there anyone who has already been refunded?
