Candy Woolley Complete Ripoff. Bought a handbag for my girl and it came damaged and they would not let me exchange it

I bought a bag from www.candywoolley.com for my girl and it was sent to me damaged. After trying to contact the company many times someone returned my email and said they would not replace it.

Anyone thinking about buying merchandise from www.candywoolley.com, should really think twice about it.
