I bought my Insignia fifty" Plasma 720P from Bestbuy on 11/20/07, for $1150. On 12/10/08, the display went dark. I named Insignia and discovered that I had been only a little more than 2 months out-of their warranty protection. I expected them to think about the quantity of cash that I allocated to this Television, and also the cash I'd need to invest to repair it (about $500), and requested them to provide me the component, or consider my Television as a swap to get a restored Television. The owner explained that she didn't possess the expert to create that choice, but might get mean answer.

I never received a call-back, and that I have named almost 20 occasions, simply to be placed on store for approximately a at the same time, and not spoken to. I've also sent numerous occasions, and that I have obtained solution figures, but never an answer to my issue.

I've also approached Bestbuy. They explained the choice is as much as Insignia. Bestbuy did provide me something special card for my problems, plus they also approached Insignia for me personally, to ask. I still haven't noticed again from Insignia, as of 2/6/09. All I'd like is definitely an answer, and ideally Insignia may help me in some manner.
