I called and made vacation plans with Holiday Management Group. When I called to book reservations, what I was initially told I was receiving, had been dramatically reduced to less than 1/2.
I immediately called to cancel, and was told the steps to take in order to receive a refund. After 2 months, and no refund, I called again and spoke to a Doug AAron. He informed me that my request was denied. I asked to speak to his boss to which he said that he was in charge. He tried to give me other options rather than honor the companys refund policy. I felt totally scammed and under no circumstances was he willing to refund my money.
I was taken for approximately $400.00. The old saying of "if it looks to good to be true... It usually is" definitely applies to the company. I am still searching out legal ways to address this situation and to put a stop to this company's dishonest, totally bogus, and deceptive way of doing business.
