Really I encounter this unsatisfying support since I have change from Wise telecom to Digitel.
It happen per week after i change when my point was saturated in RTOis along with a really slow link. I named them to troubleshoot my point however it required per week but still no solutions in the organization. I chose to alter home and have them to move my point. However it got per month but still checking, but still do not have my point so far! And so I purchased a wire cables and improvised a method to utilize my web point trigger my home was merely 4 blocks away.
I still continue calling them to move my point or simply provide me a reason why they nevertheless do not move it.
Then at this time, I'd an issue again.
Our web point abruptly decreases its link, nicely really it is sluggish within the morning. To genuinely believe that my web point is 512mbs.
And so I called the service-center to record and troubleshoot my point. A call consultant called Crissa answered my phone. She keeps saying to me to complete items that we did and hung-up the telephone which actually upsets me. I called again but it got 30mins before somebody responded it. I'm so bad. I'm a person and that I am spending. Why cannot they are doing their work nicely? I usually encounter this each week. Plus they set if after 2 times.
And so I recommend the folks who wish to get an web connection athome within the Belgium to not get Digitel providers. You'll simply feel poor and pissed daily.
