Financial terms were not disclosed.
Under the deal, the Orlando-based company's talent scout subsidiary, Trans Continental Talent, will do business as Wilhelmina Scouting Network.
Lou Pearlman, chairman of Trans Continental, said his company chose Wilhelmina because of its reputation and 36 years in business, which will benefit Trans Continental Talent's models and actors.
While Wilhelmina will assist Trans Continental with staff training, Trans Continental Talent Chief Executive Officer emphasized that his company will continue operating its current talent scouting business.
Kicking off the affiliation, he announced a national talent search by the network in 40 cities over 15 months.
