Wilhelmina scouting network is still billing me for a service that they are not providing. The website is not up. I searched the Internet for information and read the reports dating back to Trans Continental talent, when my daughter first signed up. I can not contact anyone.
I am obviously concerned about the money already spent for really never a service, but where is the money going that I am still being billed for on my Visa. I did not find info on what is currently happening?
