I received this device, a Flexwriter two CD/DVD Writer in January of and that I've had only issues with it. The goal of the system would be to burn and produce as much as 230 CDs and DVDs alone.
Since installation, I Have been not able to obtain the device to function effectively. I bought the system in January, and so I've been coping with this for six months.
I Have exposed two difficulty seats with a large number of records, and quit many communications with techsupport. Our seats aren't answered to, and my voice emails to tech-support are overlooked.
Essentially, I Have invested $2,600 (including a 24-month warranty to avoid issues similar to this) to truly have a attractive paper-weight on my table. I actually donot understand what to complete at this time, and that I experience as if I've no option except to alert others. Just how can a business help their items such as this and remain in company I wonder?
