Therefore a couple of days before I experimented with purchase passes from eDreams from Rome, France to Seville, Italy and that I experienced some issues. The seats were reserved and that I observed a couple of days later that my charge card bill was down. I get into the dealings site and that I look for a listing of 75 dealings from eDreams drawing away my cash for no cause. They've taken multiple the total amount that I had been designed to purchase the seats. Then got the following issue... The possible lack of customer support.

The client support area hasn't answered to 1 of my emails in the last 4 times except to inform me they didn't get the emails from before. When I resend them the e-mail from before (actually I struck answer from their concept) I still obtain no reaction. Coping with the corporation is a HEADACHE. Their telephone numbers are phony because they don't function from landlines from France or even the Usa, therefore it's actually difficult to obtain in touch with the corporation once the period requires it. When you have to guide a trip anywhere
