I ordered a cinderella cake topper for $80.93 (this includes express shipping of approximately $18.00 to 20.00) for a specifically designed cake that my granddaughter picked out. When I received that package I couldn't believe my eyes! I was extremely disappointed at what we were sent!!! My granddaughter had to change her cake design at the last minute.
Just before her birthday party I emailed the company and this was their response to me.

I was extremely disappointed with the merchandise I received from your company. It is nothing like the picture that was shown on your website. Cinderella is sooooo small you can barely see her! It looks nothing like the one you have shown on your web site. I had to express ship that order in time for my grandaughters birthday party and since then, she has had to change her cake design at that last minute.

We know exactly what we said... Please do not try to make a mockrey of us!
The same layout is used... Castle, base, Cinderella... The only thing that varies, based on how the custom orders is the color or lace, feathers, flowers and ribbons.
From this point I have decided to let as many people know via the internet what type of business this so called company runs over the internet because the people can not walk into their store and make sure the order is exactly what we SEE and ORDER! Not to mention that fact that they can get away with breaking a little girls heart like that with no regard to her feelings! They are thieves!!!
