We have sent numerous calls and e-mails to Favor Frenzy regarding a Cinderella Cake Topper and a Cinderella Unity Candle holder we ordered from them and have not received. We called them initally after we found the telephone number on the BBB's website. After two days of calling we finally got someone to answer and they informed us that our order that was two weeks late getting to us was still there not shipped because it was holding on one item. We had gotten an e-mail stating that our order was shipped two weeks before that. We finally got the products we ordered two weeks later than it should have been and found that we were missing our cake topper, and the unity candle holder that we were holding on. The have 80 dollars of our money and we have no products. We do not recommed this company to any one. They are a rip off. We are paying for our own wedding and we are out 80 and still dont have what we ordered.
