Dim Out Shoes
Never received order, no refund, never returned calls or emails

I ordered 3 pairs of shoes June 3rd. My debit card was immediately charged, but my order was never shipped. I could never reach anyone by phone or email despite numerous attempts. The voicemail greeting said to leave no message by phone because all lines were busy, but rather to leave an email and someone would respond within 24 hours. No one ever responded beyond the initial "we recieved your email and someone will be in contact shortly". I left at least 20 messages, by both email and phone, to no avail. I want my money back and this company closed for their shady business practices!
