Ordered 2 pairs of shoes on the 24th of Feb. For a 2nd day delivery, was notified on the 26th of Feb. That both pairs of shoes had shipped. Note this is already 2 days late. Received only one pair of shoes.
E-mailed them inquiring about the second pair of shoes and was told that I would have to wait 24 to 48 hours for a response when their web page clearly states that they will respond within 24 hours to all email. This is not true.
Finally received another email on the 3rd of March saying that the 2nd pair was on back order and would ship on the 30th of March. I have the receipt that was emailed to me showing that both pairs had shipped, there was nothing about a back order.
I emailed them once again on the 3rd of March and told them it was NOT satisfactory and want a cancellation as well as a refund to my credit card. Well, today is the 8th of March and I still have not heard one word from them.
Also, they are registered as a yahoo store. I did send an e-mail to yahoo concerning this on the 7th of March and so far, I have heard nothing from them either.
