I ordered dog treats from this company. They charged my card immediately. After 20 days, I contacted them because I had not received the dog treats. First I called. The voice mail said to email instead. Then I emailed. No response. 5 days later, emailed again. I said if I did not hear from them in 2 days I would dispute the charge and report them to the Better Business Bureau. No response. So I did as I said I would.
