Responded to an advertisement on Facebook promoting 3 Genie bras for $39.95. Ordered one set but received email from [email protected] saying that they had successfully processed order for 2 sets and that they would be received within 9 to 15 working days. I responded immediately requesting that the order be changed. However, my credit card was billed for the incorrect amount and none of my emails have been replied to nor have I received the goods. I have emailed twice advising that the order was not received but again no response. Your advice appreciated.
