This company put cahrges on my qwest bill for services that I never signed up for. They tried to tell me that I signed up for some coupon thing and sent me a conformation email. I had proof that I never recieved a conformation email as I never signed up for their service.
Once they had this information they were very quick to credit the money back to my account and get me off the phone. I you have this same problem call them and be mean. It seems that this is the only way to get things done these days. How sad!
