Ripoff, never answered the telephone, charged credit card, CA

When trying to reach these people about a charge to my credit card, I NEVER got an answer. I called "during business hours" several consecutive days. Sorry, but all I asked for was a FREE CREDIT REPORT... Not a $79.95 charge to my Visa!
