This company offers work at home package to skip trace people that have a Hud Refund coming to them and, for a fee, you will process their refund (something the person can do themselves).
When you purchase their start up kit, they state that a money back refund is guarenteed if you dont want the package. They dont tell you that you have to keep it for 90 days before they will even consider refunding you. They dont provide a phone number to call, just an email address.
Even after waiting 90 days and having a signed receipt that someone at their company has received the product back, they still dont refund your fee. I have been waiting 5 months and still have not received a refund. They do not respond to emails.
I registerd a complaint with the Better Business Bureau of Santa Barbara, and they have 280 some complaints on file in 3 years for this company. They have received 194 complaints just in the last 12 months!
