The Home Depot Appliance Delivery Rebate did not give me my $79.00 rebate. I wrote them two written requests and still got nothing. I called them, and after I told them I was going to report them, they put me on hold indefinitely and never picked up again. I called back and stayed on hold for 45 minutes. I finally got someone to process my rebate. I am waiting to see if the money arrives.
