On February 12 I wrote to the general manager of Lens Crafters in Ohio to complain that their Laguna Hills store failed to honor discount promised from a previous purchase and a class action award. To date all I have received back is a letter telling me to contact Cindy Warkenton and a telephone number that she never answers. When I originally purchased eye glasses from this company they messed up the order and gave me a written note promising to discount my next order, later I was awarded an additional discount from a class action suit. On January 2 I attempted to use these to purchase a new set of eye glasses after getting them on order they once again made them wrong and agreed to remake them. But when I returned to pick them up they claimed I never returned the originals when I proved them wrong they said they lost the glasses. I have given up trying to get them to deliver correct glasses and I am now trying to recover the discounts promised and never given.
