Miller-Plante sells septic additives thru telemarketers. I never contacted them myself, but they got my name from someone else or stole the list of Krane Products, whom I had used their products.
They never really identified themselves. They said my bags were no longer good and I needed new supply. I said OK and when recieved they had almost identical box-exactly same literature to the T. I thought it to be the same as Krane. Then Kraned called later on and I told them I had plenty, and they said I couldn't have. I did!
I ended up buying the same product fron each Company. Both sell Septic Helper 2000. So I got 12 year supply now and MPI has called and said their product will not work now unless I buy the upgraded product. I just wonder how many others have been snookered by their "telleys" and bought from both companies.
As both Companies are in Fla, they always call me in AZ about 6:30 am and after being awaken from a sound sleep, I am not too interested in Septic Systems or totally alert.
