I was sent product from the Miller Plante which I did not want and I returned the product and was then told that they did not receive the product back. They have sent me several letters threatening to file with a collection agency and refuse to acknowledge that the product was ever returned.
I have been fighting this horrible experience since Jan. If anyone has had any luck in dealing with this company please post your results. I have found hundreds of complaints about this company including a lawsuit against them that appears they have lost.
Hang up as soon as anyone says miller-plante or septic helper on the phone. You can buy similiar products at Lowes for a fraction of the cost. Type in the company name in your browser to view the many bad complants about Miller-Plante Inc.
