A Telemarketing Call offering Septic-Helper in July, but I did not need this so they offered a Product for your pluming system and you have 30 days to returm product. Well Needless to day I never recv'd the Product. Just got a bill yesterday and today I recv'd a call from who knows who's trying to collect on the bill saying they were Miller-Plante, I called back the recp't said they represent many company's.
Spoke to office manger they refused to give there Company name, I asked several people. Then I finally got someone and I keep asking the name of there Co. He also refused so I gave my info and still no information then said there were Miller-Plante I tried to explain I did not get the product and they threatened law suit for 120.95. They all hung up on me without revealing any inforamtion I have requested.
Sending in certified dispute Miller. Pending Letter from this so called collection Co. So I can send letter to them as well. What the Situation with this Co anyway. Any responses would be appreciate.
