Hassling to collect payment

I ordered some septic tank cleaner from Miller-Plante, Inc. I became very dissatisfied with the product so I returned the product to them. Now they are continually hasseling me for payment when I had already returned the product and have previously talked with them about this.

I am still getting nasty little letters from them threatening me with a lawsuit if I do not pay. I have nothing to pay for! Again this product has been returned back to them.

I would like for this to stop!
