Placed an order for one item online at Hands N Paws.com. Received receipt and verified that $25.40 was deducted from my account. Three weeks later, I sent email questioning when the item could be expected as follows:

"Evidence???"" This isn't the court room, honey. Our processing time is in your order confirmation and online. When items are completed, we do have to package them and prepare labels etc. Frankly, your tone is rather confrontational and rude and we don't think this is a transaction we'd like to pursue further.
We believe that we provide excellent service.in addition, we clearly state on our website the APPROXIMATE processing time which you are directed to review prior to ordering and again in your order confirmation. However, since you appear not to like how we process our orders we are cancelling your order.
