Very first time poster below. I recently purchased some items out of this website for an undisclosed sum. Upon delivery of these products, these were all broken. The boxed these were submitted were good, as in no dents or blemishes, or something. These products themselves were totally destroyed. After calling the organization, somebody called John replied and explained these were likely to deliver me the mailing labels for return. About 3 months pass, and nothing. Today I understand it generally does not consider that really miss the email. Therefore, in the place of awaiting the labels and passing up on the return policy, I published up my very own brands, hoping that once obtained, they'd return me for both items and also the delivery. Which was nearly per month before, and also havenot noticed from John or anybody in the organization since. Obviously, look out for the corporation.
