I sold my home due to cancer. I tried to negotiate a settlement with Castle Rock -I had paid $44 per month (priced way over comparable security systems in area) on contract. Original company that Castle rock bought out was not even licensed to sell in PA.
Would not negotiate - I paid in full unused portion of contract - 18 of 36 months. They agreed to send me a paid in full receipt. It has been over 8 weeks and still do not have.
Ms. Fivelson is so very arrogant and unemphathetic. The company if it keeps her I am sure will surely go under. She is the worst example of customer service I have seen in my 61 years.
I waited over 30 minutes on hold last week, trying to contact customer service. I reported company to Il Attorney General -they suggested we negotiate - Castle Rock does not know the meaning of the word negotiate.
I sent certified letter to company president - he never answered me - just his arrogant secretary who opened my certified - signature request letter - mail fraud.
