Advantage Improvements Company - Bill Hughes
Ripped me off and stole almost $400.00 never finished job either

Mr. Bill Hughes of Advantage Improvements did a job for me and while still working on it he asked for a deposit of $150.00 which I gave.
He worked several days painting my front porch and then began to work on the side of house again asking for $150.00 I gave again.
He was to get a storm door for daughter whom I recommed him to her.
He took off her storm door and came to me for $150.00 for a new storm door he was to purchase and put on door. I gave him $150.00
We never saw him again. The old door sits on porch and the painting for me was all wrong. He just painted the frames of front windows and did not paint any of the strips. On the side he chose two of the smallest windows to paint and left saying he would return of course
he never did. I called days, weeks and now I am told he moved from rented room he had to Fredrick, Md. But landlord says he don't know the address. I saw his ad on Craiglist and assumed him to be honest.
If this is a bad pattern of a man renting a room, ripping off customers and then just moving away, then he needs to be stopped!
