I hired Dan from a remodeling sight for wood rot repair and painting. He came to the house seemed very professional and said for a set price painting and wood rot would be fixed. He also did some "extra" things at no charge. He told me after the initial paint that a painter had spilled paint water in my grass killing the grass... My neighbor saw him POUR it! There were paint splatters all over my windows and storm door. I walked my house after he was there and my neighbor and I made a 1 page list of all the things they had missed. I called him and he came out and still did a half a* job, never painted my front door. Finally came and did that and for the last 6 months have sent him emails about the paint chipping.
