Never recieved my items or refund Broadway

I ordered my items from R.A.G. New York Clothing may 15 and payed extra for next day shipment, 6 days has past still no package, i started to get worried because i'm about to leave the state so i called them, they didn't even know who's incharge of the website they keep saying i'll talk to my manager but never got back to me, i'm so upset still from this day i haven't recieved my packaged, don't know what to do well i hope this help future customers.
