UBI Payment Services
Joe Ryan from UBI payment services sent me a letter requesting 19.95, and I was quaranteed to get a check for 5,000.00, so I sent the 19.95, and I have not received a check as of yet

I received a letter in the mail saying that I was a quaranteed winner of 5,000.00 if I returned the release form as instructed, and fulfill the contest requirments. At the bottom of the letter it ask for 19.95 for the tranfer fee of the 5,000.00 check so like a dummy I sent the 19.95 to them, and I have not yet to receive a check for 5,000.00
