I found service pros on the internet and called their 800 number. John scheduled me for a Friday between 2and6PM. He called at 2 on Friday to say no one was coming out to fix it and rescheduled for the following Friday between 2and 6PM. I confirmed the appt. 9AM on Friday with Mitchell who said it may not happen, they're too busy and I said I was already rescheduled from last week and he said ok, someone will be there today. At 2PM Mitchell called to say no one would be out to fix it and did I want to reschedule! I rearranged my schedule twice for them and they have no respect for anyone's time. How are they still in business?
