I purchased a pair of Icicle sunglasses in Sturgis SD at the 2009 rally. I loved the price, shape and style of sunglasses. Eight months later, I decided I wanted another pair and ordered off the www.icicles.com website. BIG MISTAKE!!! The sunglasses were an inch bigger (no measurements on website, which was MY mistake) and not the correct style. I e-mailed the company four times and called three times with NO response at all. They have a thirty day "exchange" program that is useless. The customer service and follow-through from this CO Icicles is hideous and unprofessional! Even though I loved the sunglasses, I will NEVER buy another product from this company again. I would not recommend wasting your time or money dealing with these "business" people.
