I saw another complaint and wished I would have seen it before I bought from John Lavene and Island Time Hot Dog Carts. This guy is a silver tongue devil, liar and thief. The cart is cheaply made and has holes burned through several places from novice welding. He used pvc instead of cpvc so the water pipes are swollen and leaking and have to be replaced. The burners are rusting and will need replacement soon. John Lavene also promised to provide me with all of the pans. He lied and will not take or return my calls. Before I sent the check for 2400.00, he would gladly take my call. I ordered the cart in Feb and still have not resolved this with this thief. Stay away from this guy and company.
