I ordered hair products on April 8. I was sent a completely incorrect order.
Only after several weeks was my email responded to. The website doesn't list a phone number. I was told to return the incorrect product and the correct order would be shipped.
After further emails with no response, I still do not have my product and have been billed and have incurred shipping on my return of the incorrect order.
