I ordered a tv series box set "the nanny" from the website. I received an email confirming the order had processed the same day then another email confirming that email had shipped on 7 feb. I tried using the link the email gave me to track my shipment and it was an incorrect link. I then attempted to call the 1800 number that was listed in the email it was incorrect. On 12 feb i emailed them asking for an update and i got no response after their website stated they had around the clock service. I believe this website is a fraud and is taking money without ever providing the product.
