My partner named David Bonet on 5/15/09 to ask about buying rock to get a deck. David stated that he'd come by that night to determine if his vehicle might make it-up our garage. Then he stated in either case, he might provide the rock and stone foundation on Saturday, 5/16/09. David never turned up towards the home, or did he provide stone on Sunday.
My husband called again and required a shipping for Friday, 5/18 at 9:00 am. Once the shipping didn't appear, I named the organization and talked using the delivery driver. David Bonet wasn't in but I confirmed our purchase was about the routine at 9:00 and required that David contact my spouse.
Whenever we did not get a phone by 5/19, I named David on his cell 210-639-0176. After I asked why we didn't get our purchase sent, David proceded to shout at me. He mentioned that his vehicle was damaged which easily did not enjoy it, I really could move elsewhere. I attempted to allow David realize that all I needed was an easy telephone call from him. He employed more profanity and screamed at me for seeking support from him. He explained he did not worry about my company or helping his clients. Then he put on me.
I called work and quit a note that I've never been handled thus badly also it was undesirable to hold on me since I asked of a missed purchase of $600.00.
We are getting our company elsewhere and reporting Spring Department Rock towards the BBB along with other state regulators. A caution to others; don't conduct business with this specific organization!
