The "David Werner Letter" has the same value as any junk mail anyone would receive. This is a classic con artist organization which operated in England, Australia and now New York. They take your money and run. On several occasions they will also send you a threatening letter from their attorney. They have swindled people out of hundreds of thousand of dollars.
