I took a trial to look at foreclosure homes on Apr. 30th and cancelled on May 2nd, by email on the same email I took the trial on. Called their office closed left message to cancel on voice mail. Other site on their email where is stated click here if you want to cancel, did that never find a site for a form until May 7th I did fill that out also. Foreclosurestore billed by $99 on May 7th. One customer service rep told me I was intitiled to my refund and than I got an email saying once it was billed there was no refund.
I checked their MLS listings they do not exist.
I feel they had enough time to let me know that maybe I could not cancel by email almost 5 days and during that time I was still getting email. Howver, on their business line it is stated if you want to cancel leave login name and password that was given to you, this was done on their voice mail. I should have checked with BBB first and advise people should do this, and would have never entered into this, even for a trial membership.
Since I am a senior on social security I had not intention of getting billed $99 on May 7th and this amount was not in my bank, my bank paid it costing me additional $34. Overdraft. I would appreciate it if I could get my $99 bankc
