Have been trying to cancel membership and have frauduantly billed over $100.00

In Feb I ordered some cds to learn french for my daughter. If you cancel in a given time, you don't have to pay and you need to send one of the cds back. I called a few days after receiving them to cancel and was on hold for 15 min, after talking with someone, she informed me to send a cd back. I agreed.

A few days later, I had a charge for $39, so I called back and after being on hold for another 15-20 min a man came on and after speaking with him, i was informed that I had waited too long to cancel. Okay. I told the man on the phone, I no longer wanted anything to do with their company and to take me off of all their mailing lists and to cancel my account.

Well, on 5-22, I seen there was a charge on my account for $79.95 that was unauthorized. I tried to email onlingo and the email isnt working. I tried to call the number I have for them and was on hold for 20 min and finally a voice mail message came on and I was able to leave a voice mail. I got no response, so I called again on 5-23 and waited on hold for 20 min before finally hanging up. I tried again with the email with no luck.
