Foreclosurestore.com/Jordan Publishing
Don't be mislead!

To whom it may concern: I was interested in searching foreclosure listings in my area so I went online to foreclosurestore.com. As I previewed their website I saw some listings in my area that were very appealing. They offer a "free" trial period to view the full listings but request a credit card number and state that if you do not cancel within the given period your card will be charged X amount each month thereafter in order to view their listings. After careful consideration I decided that I would in fact sign up for the free trial period and if I didn't like what I saw then I could just cancel. I quickly found once allowed into the site that they were posting pictures of foreclosed homes in my area that did not exsist at all!!! Immediately I tried to contact the company via the telephone number listed on the site. I was unable to reach anyone and tried calling several days in a row. I left two voicemails in the general mailbox stating that I wanted to cancel my subscription and that I would like to speak to someone regarding the fradulant listings of homes on the site. I received no response. So I then sent an email to the site to cancel my subscription during the free trial period. I got no response. I then had to dispute charges to my credit card for two months in a row. Finally, after having to dispute the second charge I tried calling again. It was magic, I finally got a voice on the phone! I proceeded then to let Poppy (the person who answered the phone @ foreclosureschool.com) know the trouble I'd had and I then requested that my subscription be cancelled and I was told by Poppy that the only acceptable way of canceling was by going to the website and filling out a cancelation form. I told her to cancel it now or my lawyer would be in touch with her company. She then after much hesitation saw things my way and informed me that there would supposedly be no more charges to my account but that I needed to follow up with my bank as they were disputing the charges. I will keep a close eye on my account to see that there are no more charges as I have no trust in them. Please don't fall victim to their sceme. The site is very misleading and is also using gimics to make people think there are foreclosed homes in areas where there are none as well as superimposing false pictures to listings. I don't want anyone else to have the trouble I had and this is my way of informing my fellow consumers. Good luck foreclosure seekers but beware of this site!!!
