I have owned three pair of icicles sunglasses. Keep buying them at MC rallies. I have been trying to contact their customer service periodically for over 18 months to resolve a backorder issue over extra lens I ordered but never received. Tried email and telephone collectively over 10 times... Never got a response. From now on sticking with RayBan, Oakley, or any established manufacturer. Suggest you do the same.
