This company is a scam!!! They give false quotes, and they refuse to honor the WRITTEN quotes that they're employees send to customers! They have horrible customer service! In a nut shell, what occured was... We were given a quote from this company three weeks before our move of $650.00. On the day of the move, the MOVER came and handed me a contract to move our items for the price of $1000.00. And it detailed that it would only also be insured for $00.60 per pound after I had been told that it was fully insured under the initial rate for the cost of any possible damaged property. When we contacted the company explaining what was occuring they then told us that they would never do our move for a price that low and that their employee had made a mistake when sending the email that day, however they did nothing to rectify the situation and refused to move our things. We even specified that we had MEDICATION and MOBILITY ASSISTANCE ITEMS that needed to be delivered to an ELDERLY WOMAN on the other end of the move, in the boxes and they told us to "spare them the guilt trip", and to "take out the medication because they didn't want it on their truck anyway"! We were HUNG UP ON several times, SCREAMED AT, and were never offered a solution! The boxes are sitting in our bedroom now and an 88 YEAR OLD WOMAN is across the country without her WALKER, MOTORIZED SCOOTER, CLOTHING and MEDICATION with NO additional money to ship her things at the price it will cost for us to hire a same day move with a legitimate moving company! Save your self a lot of headaches and heartache and DON"T EVER DO BUISNESS WITH THIS COMPANY, unless you would like to be LIED TO, ROBBED and MISTREATED in every sense of the word.
