Our first move from Pennsylvania out to Utah was a complete disaster and we paid almost double what we paid for this move. The first move was through United Van Lines and there were so many broken and damaged items it was disgusting. Our items showed up dirty, cracked, chipped and just plain destroyed. This move was a business move and as much as we didn't want a moving company to move us, we had no choice due to the amount of items we had. It took us 2 long labor filled months reviewing and speaking with companies until we made our final decision to move with Americas Moving. Best part first, our quote was $12,300 for everything and our final total was $10,276.00 and after tipping Tim and the crew another $1000.00 it came to just over $11,000, $1,300 less then the quote. Our last move with United was $19,000 to have everything broken!!! Tim and all his help was the best, very professional and one of the nicest guys we ever met. Packed, loaded, drove 2,600 miles and unloaded us in 10 days when it took United almost 3 weeks to do almost the same exact move 2 years ago. We are not only thrilled with their services and happy to post this review, but we have already referred a family member and co-worker to them. They have our recommendation any day of the week.
