Always read and understand the contract before signing

I had my dish network installed less than a month ago and already I am having disrupted service. After over an hour on hold, recordings, or rude supervisors I still had no satifaction.

First I was told it was the weather. "What weather?" A few clouds were in the sky. I was then hung up on by the first supervisor! So I got to start all over with the recordings and being on hold.

Then the next supervisor had me go through the same thing as I had just done just to find out it was a technical issue on their part. She informed me that she could send a tech. Over the next day at no charge to me, this time. I then clarified that after 90 days I will have to pay to have a tech. Come and fix their problems that I pay for. "How convenient" "Hidden charges just like the other reports say."

I switched to dish because I was tired of being ripped off by our local cable company. I wish I would have stayed with them. Their pithetic service was better than dish network's pithetic service.

If companies just did what was right ethically and morally right they wouldn't need contracts. "And we wonder why the country is in a recession." Greed, Greed, Greed!!!
