Filelate.com is absolutely a scam. Embarrassingly, I fell for it. I have chatted with them several times on their live chat, each time receiving very generic support answers. The most recent time, I demanded that someone from their "firm" call me immediately. I was then locked out of their system.
There are no answers at their alleged support phone number. There is no email support. They have charged my debit card and produced no service in return. I am trying to contest it through my bank, but will likely never see the money again.
I have reported them to the IRS and may also file a report with my local police department.
Please report your problems with this "company" as well.
