Mothers Day Nightmare
I had a very bad customer service issue with this business.
After placing an order and paying for a fruit/flower basket arrangement valued at over $100 which was to be delivered out of state the day before Mothers Day - I expressed my concern that I didnt want anything to go wrong. I was ABSOLUTELY ASSURED by an employee in the store there would be "no problems" and that this order would be handled and I was NOT TO WORRY.
I called back an hour later after placing the order in your store and was re-assured a 2nd time this order would be handled and as an added measure of confidence - I was told I would be called with details of confirmation.
After waiting 24 hours and receiving no call back, I got worried and called in to check on status. The owner answered and knew of my order. I was told "sorry the order never got completed." When I asked why I was not contacted so I could have made other arrangements, the owner said she found out an hour earlier but was busy with other customers.
The occasion was Mothers Day - the arrangement was for my 80 year old Mother. I have no time left to find another location to help me.
Unbelievably poor customer service after I had paid for the order and received 2 confirmations they would communicate with me." They did not do as promised, and still did not call as soon as they were made aware the order would not be processed.
An offer to deliver them after Mothers Days was totally unacceptable to me.
