Why is it so hard to get service from this company???

While the greater St Louis area customers waited for service, Charter forced it's employees to sit twice a week for over an hour in meetings where supervisors and managers made illegal threats and terrorized employees for trying to form a union. This went on from August through March.

Customers in my community are outraged by this company's contempt for the customer, the community, and the workers who are trying to make a living. They raise our rates and take back benefits from employees. More information at cableworker.com. Federal investigations, shareholder lawsuits, over a dozen corporate officers fired or quit within last 5 months, over 1700 employees laid off, public relations firm walked out, and the list goes on. Dump this sleazeball, maggot infested carcass of a company and buy an antenna or a dish!
